  Expert Quality, plastic coated locking handles to keep valve springs positively compressed during work. For use on multi-valve and diesel engines with deep seated valves and on many OHC/OHV petrol/diesel engines. Unique dual cam action provides choice of operation either above or below valve. Display packed.
