The Gently Supportive range is for those with a preference for a slightly softer feel. This softer, more flexible sleeping surface offers both comfort and support. The Gently Supportive mattresses contain resilient spring units which provide gentle support and a softer comfort feel than the more firmer mattresses. Each bed in the Gently Supportive collection has a different amount and type of upholstery cushioning in addition to differing spring systems between some models so you can choose a feel that's just right for you. The Melinda mattress features Supercoil springs, extra heavy 12.5 gauge Bonnell springs for extra firmness and support.
The performance and feel of your mattress is very dependent on the quality of support provided by the divan. Sprung Edge bases feature a complete spring unit on top of the base giving a softer feel.
