Polar. RS100 Heart Rate Monitor's wrist unit displays and records your heart rate and exercise data during exercise. Enter your personal settings into the wrist unit and analyze exercise information after your workouts. The Polar Coded Transmitter sends your heart rate signal to the wrist unit. The electrode areas on the back of the transmitter detect your heart rate.
