Opening oysters can be a hazardous business! However the Breton Oyster Clamp is the safe and easy way to open oysters. Based on a traditional French design, it is made from selected English beech and is exceptionally strong and well finished. The clamp wedges the oyster securely allowing complete control during opening (reducing the risk of stabbing your hand with the knife!). The Oyster Clamp comes smartly boxed with a high quality French oyster knife made by Sabatier and includes detailed instructions on how to open your oysters. Clamp measures 12.5cm (5”) x 7.5 (3”) and the knife is 16cm (6”) in length.
