The perfect and original gift. Our native Holly (ilex aquafolium) is the most familiar of evergreens. Its scarlet berries and dark green, shiny, prickly leaves are associated with Christmas. It grows slowly to form a small conical tree (15m/49ft) making it suitable for enclosed areas. Its dense foliage makes excellent wildlife shelter. Hardy in all but waterlogged positions. The tree you send will be 1-2 years old and is beautifully presented with a hand written greetings card. A description of the tree and full planting instructions are also included.
