Once you purchase a title, you will initially receive a colourful gift pack containing registration documentation. You can either give this to the recipient as their present and they then complete the documents and receive the official deeds or you can complete the forms on their behalf and the title deeds will be sent directly to them.
The title deed pack will include: Lord or Lady Certificate with your name and new title, new title Deed based on a real Plot of Land in Scotland (enabling you to be called Lord or Lady), a map showing the area of the Plot of Land, and information about your titled area.
