  The Haiku Sharpening Whetstone is the only method that should be used for sharpening a Haiku knife. 180mm x 52mm, mounted on a rigid stand with soft grip feet. Made from 800 grade grit, which is the correct grade to maintain the original edge. Comes with complete instructions. Guide rails should not be used.
