Chose from three classic, timeless designs, Kings, Bead or Dubarry.
The Kings pattern was named after the Prince Regent (later George IV), whose influence on fashion and interior design can be seen in this pattern. The basic ‘fiddle’ shape of this pattern was progressively decorated by adding a scrolled thread, a shell and finally a stylised honeysuckle to the handle.
Designed by a London silversmith named Hester Bateman in the 1750’s, Bead remains one of the most popular patterns in the UK, and compliments most china patterns.
The Dubarry pattern clearly shows the influence of the furniture designer Thomas Chippendale on cutlery design. The decorative shape is reminiscent of many of his chair-back designs.
Each set of cutlery is presented in a beautiful mahogany effect canteen. Comes with a 15 year Viners guarantee.
