A charge of £3.00 to the UK for 1st item and £2.00 per additional item. For the EU & Rest of World a charge of £6.00 for 1st item and £3.00 per additional item.

Our Returns Policy

At Lseshop.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

For All Items

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 28 days from time of receipt and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We accept the return of all items only if the are unopened (applicable to some items) and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, up to 28 days from time of receipt, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Shipping

All orders placed on our website will be shipped to the address you provide when filling out the online order form. Orders will be sent by mail and all postage and packaging costs on orders placed in the UK are included in the purchase price as it appears on the website. A standard shipping charge of £3.00 to the UK for 1st item and £2.00 per additional item. For postage and packing to the EU & Rest of World is £6.00 for the 1st item and £3.00 per additional item.

Defective Items

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

To Return An Item

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box or packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
