At Heirloom beds we are passionate about the visual impact our beds create when you walk into the bedroom and equally about quality - what they are made from, how they are made and how long they should last Generations!
Each bed should be the centrepiece and contribute to make going to bed an occasion on its own.
We offer a range of solid mahogany bedsteads, four poster beds, testers, bedroom furniture and UK mattresses manufactured since 1907 which are unrivalled in quality, craftsmanship and value through price with many of the designs unique to Heirloom Beds.
Every piece is hand carved by generations of the finest carvers utilising traditional hand tools and raw materials (MDF veneers etc are simply not allowed through our doors) with a hand applied finish '8 step 7 day finish' you expect to see at prices several times our own.
At the core of our success is the quality of our beds and furniture and the way we make them available to the market, avoiding many overheads and minimising them at every opportunity - please see 'Our Philosophy'.
Whilst we have retained some favourite reproduction designs many of our beds are unique to Heirloom Beds and we have avoided the quick and cheap character sapping wax finish which has less protection, higher maintenance which already dominates the web and retailers. We wanted to offer something different without relying on a large marketing budget to sell the same inferior product. By minimising overheads to benefit the customer, offering new designs, better build quality, and our finish that shows off the natural character and beauty of mahogany protecting the wood for a lifetime we have achieved our goals. We are great believers in buying right once! Offering a value equation that stands out above the rest. |
