From the 1880s when we used to deliver around the streets of Kendal with a hand cart, to the 21st century with our fleet of modern refrigerated vehicles, we are proud of the service that we offer our customers.

We operate from our base in the Lake District and we are Cumbria's oldest established catering supplier, as well as being the only supplier of bakery ingredients and sundries between Preston and Glasgow. From this background, we serve our 600+ hotels, cafes, restaurants, schools and bakeries on a daily basis via our own vehicles.

In 1995 we launched our highly successful mail-order service for Lancashire and Cumbria and we are now pleased to be offering an internet ordering service with all the advantages that a secure server offers. This means that we can now distribute nationwide, and world-wide by arrangement.
