We are certain you will be happy with your purchase, like many of our previous customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund. The conditions for return are as follows:
1. The jewellery must be unworn, unused. It must be in exactly the same condition you received it. For identification purposes, we take photos of each piece of jewellery before posting it.
2. You must post the jewellery back to us within 2 days of receiving it, using a secure insured delivery service. You are responsible for returning the jewellery to us in exactly the same condition that you received it in.
3. On receipt and satisfactory inspection of the goods, we will refund you the purchase price less our actual postage costs . We will not refund your return postage costs.
